POSITION IS CO-LOCATED AT OUR BRISTOL AND PLAINVILLE STORES
At Best Cleaners we dont just clean clotheswe help people look and feel their best every day. As a Customer Experience Specialist youll be the friendly face (and voice!) of our store. Your mission: create an effortless welcoming experience for every guest every time while being part of a team that thrives on positivity teamwork and community spirit.
What Youll Do
- Greet customers with warmth energy and genuine care
- Guide guests through our services ensuring they get exactly what they need
- Process transactions with accuracy and ease
- Tag organize and manage garments with attention to detail
- Handle questions or concerns with confidence and positivity
- Collaborate with teammates to keep operations smooth and fun
- Be an ambassador of our brand spreading service excellence every day
What Youll Bring

- Understanding of flow of garments as it pertains to production standards
- Flexibility to increase/reduce hours during busy/slow periods
- This job may entail hot indoor air temperatures noisy conditions standing for long periods of time and lifting garments and products up to 30lbs.
