Job Summary

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Registered Nurse (RN) Emergency Departmentfor an exciting job in Syracuse NY.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional compassionate nursing care to patients in an Emergency Department setting.
Assess plan implement and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Float between Pediatric and Adult Emergency Departments as required.
Accurately document patient information using EPIC EMR.
Comply with all safety infection control and quality standards.
Demonstrate sound clinical judgment and the ability to prioritize effectively in a trauma environment.

Qualifications

License: Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York (required).
Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required).
Experience: Minimum of 1.52 years of recent acute care experience (within the past 2 years) in an Emergency Department of comparable size or trauma level.
Preferred: Prior experience with EPIC EMR and Level 1 Trauma Centers.
Skills: Strong clinical assessment critical thinking and communication abilities.
