Portico has a fabulous opportunity for an experienced REGIONAL MARKETING MANAGER for our apartment communityThe Boat House at The Colony TX!
The Resident Relations Coordinator is the heart of the community focused on creating meaningful connections maintaining consistent communication and ensuring every resident feels valued throughout their living experience. This role is centered around relationship-building and proactive engagement rather than problem-solving alone. The Coordinator takes the lead in communicating with residents ensuring they feel heard supported and informed from move-in to renewal.
Through thoughtful follow-up and regular touch points the Resident Relations Coordinator fosters resident satisfaction strengthens retention and helps create a true sense of community. This position plans and executes monthly resident events manages community communication and social media updates and works closely with the Community Manager and Leasing Manager to align all outreach and engagement efforts.
In addition to communication and resident experience responsibilities the Resident Relations Coordinator also supports leasing and marketing efforts assisting with tours renewals and day-to-day operations that contribute to both occupancy goals and overall resident happiness.
