About the role
MacKillop Family Services is seeking an experienced Residential Care Coordinator to join our Out of Home Care program (OOHC).
MacKillops Out of Home Care (OOHC) programs provide a safe supportive and therapeutic environment for children and young people with high and complex needs. Through residential care home-based care lead tenant arrangements and case management we work alongside Child Protection to create positive pathways for young people.
As a Residential Care Coordinator you will support a dedicated team of House Supervisors and Residential Care staff ensuring the day-to-day care and support provided to both staff and young people is consistent safe and empowering.
This role is an important part of our Out of Home Care (OOHC) program and reports directly to the Area Manger Southern.

This is a full-time ongoing opportunity based in Forest Hill VIC within our Eastern Out of Home Care program. The position reports to the Area Manager Eastern.
