Logistics Clerk - Admin

Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm

We are looking for a Logistics Clerk to help support the daily supply chain operations by coordinating dispatch schedules maintaining records communicate amongst incoming and outgoing drivers customers brokers and the internal team.

Responsibilities and duties include:

Take customer orders and create daily dispatch schedules
Communicate job instructions and routes to fleet drivers and outside carriers
Track loads and fleet utilizations - must be flexible and adjust schedules throughout the day based on updates
Serve as a primary contact for customers brokers and carriers
Verify driver hours collect and reconcile tickets daily
Manage dispatch systems tracking devices schedule repairs and installations.
Monitor cameras for multiple locations monitor inventory levels and conduct regular counts
Document accurate data entry recordkeeping and compliance documentation

To Qualify:

Must have 2-4 years of logistics or related experience
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software
Must be able to multitask
Must have at least 1 year of payroll/bookkeeping experience
