Job Summary
Position: LPN/CMA
Employment Status: Full-Time
Location: Keystone Behavioral Health
Schedule:Monday through Friday No weekends no holidays
Keystone Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our compassionate and collaborative team. Key Responsibilities:
- Process medication requests (online and walk-in) and perform medication reconciliation.
- Assist with prior authorizations and ensure completion of Prescription Drug Monitoring Program (PDMP) checks in coordination with providers.
- Handle administrative tasks including phone calls medical record requests for new patients referral tracking and lab/diagnosis tracking.
- Float to support other nursing staff as needed.
Qualifications:
- Required:High School Diploma or GED
- Preferred:Experience in behavioral health and familiarity with electronic medical records. Spanish-speaking skills a plus but not required
Licensure & Certifications:
LPN Applicants:
- Current LPN license
- Current CPR/BLS certification
CMA Applicants:
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Assisting program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
