We are helping our clients find a skilled and motivated Fabricator Lead to join our team in Gastonia NC. Candidates need to speak both English and Spanish. This dual-role position requires hands-on fabrication expertise and leadership skills with the ability to oversee daily warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:Fabrication Duties

Read and interpret blueprints technical drawings or work orders
Cut shape and assemble materials using hand tools welding equipment or machines
Perform layout fitting and final finishing work
Inspect completed parts to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards
Operate CNC machines shears grinders and other shop equipment
Maintain a clean and safe fabrication area

Warehouse Lead Duties

Supervise warehouse staff and delegate daily tasks
Ensure compliance with safety and organizational standards
Operate forklifts pallet jacks or other material handling equipment
Assist with logistics coordination and vendor deliveries

Qualifications:

25 years of experience in fabrication (metal wood or composite)
Leadership or supervisory experience is a strong plus
12 years of warehouse shipping/receiving or inventory control experience preferred but not required
Ability to read blueprints measure accurately and work to tight tolerances
Experience operating forklifts and warehouse equipment (valid certification preferred)
Strong organizational multitasking and communication skills
Must be able to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
