PERMANENT FULL-TIME/PART TIME CONTRACT

Salary: 63912 - 75254
*Salary subject to Relevant Public Sector Experience and pro-rated for hours of work.

The Children and Young Peoples Service within Avista provide interdisciplinary team supports residential family support and education services to 0-18 year old Children and Young People with complex needs and their families. This post is being recruited for the Childrens Disability Network Team: Cabra Grangegorman and will be aligned to the Holy family school for the Deaf. This is an exciting opportunity to develop specialist skills. The successful candidate is required to work as part of an Interdisciplinary Team that provide services to 0-18 year old children and young persons with complex needs. The candidates are also required to work in partnership with families within a family centred model.
Avista has 3 Children and Young People Disability Network Teams and the candidate may be required to work across any these 3 teams if and when the need arises.
Essential:
A degree in clinical speech and language therapy
Up to date CORU registration
Have Dysphagia training
Full Clean Driving licence and use of a car
