Remote Travel Customer Representative

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Travel Customer this role, you’ll assist clients with planning and booking their holidays, provide excellent customer support, and represent our travel brand with professionalism and care. Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with clients via email, phone, and chat to assist with holiday planning

- Provide information on flights, hotels, cruises, and holiday packages

- Create customised travel itineraries based on client needs - Handle questions, troubleshoot issues, and offer solutions before, during, and after travel

- Stay updated on industry trends, supplier promotions, and travel regulations

- Maintain accurate client records and prepare basic proposals/invoices

- Collaborate with team members and attend optional virtual training sessions

What We’re Looking For

- Passion for travel and customer service

- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)

- Self-motivated and organized, able to work independently

- Comfortable using technology, booking platforms, and online tools

- Previous experience in travel, hospitality, sales, or customer service is a plus (not essential)
