Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager
Portsmouth NH
$40-$45/HR
TheRegistered Nurse Case Managerposition is responsible for managing a defined caseload of patients providing direct patient care and comprehensive nursing services to individuals in the community.
- Monday- Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM
- Valid nursing license in the state of NH
- 2 years of experience in skilled care preferred
- 1 year of experience in nursing supervision preferred
- Recent wound care experience preferred
- Current CPR certification
- Reliable transportation
- Pay Range $40.00-$45.00
