You will provide strategic direction strengthen client relationships and foster a high-performance culture built on collaboration innovation and employee development. A strong foundation in Materials Science pipeline integrity and laboratory testing will enable you to guide multidisciplinary teams and deliver innovative solutions that meet client needs in an evolving energy landscape.
This role is based at our DNV office in Columbus Ohio presenting a dynamic hybrid schedule where employees will typically spend three (3) days per week working from either aDNV office or client location/site. - Drive operational excellence: Enhance efficiency optimize business operations and promote sustainable performance while encouraging innovation.
- Expand customer relationships: Champion business development initiatives that leverage our expertise in pipeline integrity corrosion and material performance to deepen client partnerships and open opportunities for new engagements.
- Lead people and culture: Inspire guide and empower about 125 employees to perform at their best fostering a culture of collaboration growth and accountability.
- Ensure quality of service: Strive for consistent high-quality delivery of materials testing forensic investigations and compliance assessments that exceeds customer expectations.
- Represent industry leadership: Position DNV as a trusted advisor by promoting thought leadership and representing the company at industry events.
- Collaboration: Work effectively with other units within DNV as well as business partners to maximize value for our customers.
