Under the direction of the Assistant Director of Early Learning this position is responsible for providing targeted support to children as they develop social and emotional skills; assisting students in building positive relationships regulating emotions and engaging successfully within the classroom environment.
This position is specifically designed to provide additional support to students as they develop their social and emotional skills. The role focuses on fostering positive relationships promoting self-regulation and guiding students through challenging situations with empathy and consistency. Through intentional engagement modeling and collaboration with classroom teachers and families this position helps children build confidence strengthen coping strategies and develop the foundational skills needed for success in school and life.

Minimum Qualifications: Preference will be given to candidates with moderate experience working with children or an equivalent combination of experience.
Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED

Compensation: $17.45 - $20.18 (based on experience)
