Regional Clinic Operations Partner South Georgia
An exciting opportunity awaits aRegional Clinic Operations Partner looking to expand their career by combining clinical practice with regional leadership. This position is designed for doctors who want to remain actively engaged in patient care while also mentoring peers guiding teams and influencing the growth of multiple clinics.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality clinical care and maintain strong client relationships
Support and mentor fellow veterinarians including recent graduates
Partner with teams to enhance workflows and improve client experience
Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new doctors
Contribute to operational strategies team development and quality standards
Help cultivate a positive collaborative workplace culture
Qualifications:
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent
Active veterinary license (or eligibility to obtain)
At least 3 years of clinical experience preferred
Strong communication leadership and mentoring abilities
Willingness to travel within the region as needed
