Seeking aCustomer Service Representative / Office Administratorfor a direct hire opportunity with our client in North Royalton OH.
This position offers full benefits including PTO Medical Dental and Vision!
Pay is between $23 - $26 per hour (based on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide exceptional customer service to clients and technicians.
- Schedule and coordinate service calls efficiently to ensure timely response and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of service requests work orders and schedules.
- Support daily office operations including filing data entry and document management.
- Communicate with field staff and management to ensure jobs are completed on time and to company standards.
- Assist with billing invoicing and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage customer information and job tracking.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of administrative receptionist or customer service experience in an office environment.
- Previous experience scheduling service calls in a plumbing HVAC or construction industry is highly desirable.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and general office technology.
- Strong organizational multitasking and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Positive team-oriented attitude and professional demeanor.
- Experience with ServiceTitan CRM or similar dispatching/scheduling software is a major plus.
