What Were Looking For

Were on the lookout for either a Senior Company Secretary or Company Secretary- a good human whos technically strong commercially minded and thrives on delivering exceptional governance services.

Youll have:

  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Company Secretary or in a company secretariat function (ASX listed company experience is essential)
  • Strong knowledge of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ASX Listing Rules and Corporate Governance Principles
  • Relevant degree and/or governance qualifications (e.g. GIA)
  • Strong client and stakeholder relationship skills
  • Excellent planning organisational and time management skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional written communication
  • The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a collaborative team

What Youll Be Doing

Working autonomously within a supportive team environment you will be responsible for providing a full suite of company secretarial and governance services to a portfolio of ASX listed public and private clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering high-quality company secretarial and governance services across your client portfolio
  • Managing relationships with boards executives shareholders registries lawyers and regulators
  • Advising on governance obligations under the Corporations Act ASX Listing Rules and Corporate Governance Principles
  • Assisting with Board and Shareholder meetings including preparation of agendas papers and minutes
  • Maintaining corporate records and statutory registers
  • Developing and maintaining best practice governance frameworks policies and procedures
  • Ensuring clients remain compliant with statutory obligations
  • Contributing to business growth and participating in business development initiatives
