Make your mark in Underwriting

  • AIG underwriting teams help to find insurance solutions in areas including Financial Lines Property Casualty Specialty Lines Cyber Multinational Clients and High Net Worth individuals. We are reimagining how we help customers to manage risk transforming our operating model and reshaping our role responsibilities and career pathways.   • This role will focus on underwriting new and renewal business to help drive the profitable growth of our business lines.

What youll need to succeed

  • Will have graduated by July 2026 or recent graduates with up to 2 years of experience.

  • To be successful in this role you must be able to work in a fast paced and demanding environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.

  • You will be energetic flexible comfortable with ambiguity and able to problem solve addition the ability to communicate and collaborate with all levels of management and to build strong working relationships internal and external to the organization will also be key to your success.

  • You are also expected to have excellent business planning and analysis as well as strong Microsoft Office Pack communication and presentation skills.
