Job Description
This internship offers the opportunity to work on impactful initiatives aligned with your academic background. Youll be part of a dynamic team contributing to solutions that improve healthcare delivery. Projects may include:
- Leading short-term initiatives (26 months) that require independent decision-making
- Creating presentations and visual reports to communicate progress and share insights
- Analyzing operational data using Excel or other analytical tools
- Supporting functional teams with tasks that mirror full-time roles
- Participating in early talent events seminars and trainings
- Handling assignments that require accuracy trust and attention to detail
Youll gain exposure to service operations sharpen your analytical skills and contribute to projects that make a difference in healthcare.
Qualifications
Were looking for students who are curious driven and ready to grow. You are:
- Currently enrolled full-time in a bachelors or masters program in engineering manufacturing quality assurance business or a related technical discipline
- Available for a minimum of 10 weeks during Summer 2026
- A strong communicator with initiative and the ability to work independently and in teams
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (GE HealthCare does not sponsor employment visas for this role)
Preferred Qualifications
You may stand out if you have:
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher (on a 4.0 scale)
- Prior internship or project experience in service operations or data analysis
- A passion for process improvement and operational excellence
- Familiarity with Excel PowerPoint or other data visualization tools
- Demonstrated adaptability and involvement in campus or community activities
