What Youll Do:
- Develop new and retrofit project opportunities for our Integration product lines within your territory.
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors consultants and customers to influence design and construction decisions.
- Deliver complete technology and system solutions that meet customer objectives code requirements and profitability goals.
- Prepare competitive bids proposals and cost-benefit analyses to win new business.
- Conduct impactful sales presentations to engineers clients and industry groups.
- Use CRM tools to track progress manage opportunities and communicate effectively with internal teams.
- Represent Stark Tech at trade shows product demos and professional networking events.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
What Were Looking For:
- 3-5 years of HVAC controls industry experience.
- Strong technical and industry knowledge in building systems and integration.
- Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle - from lead generation to closing.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience presenting to technical and executive audiences.
- Team-oriented mindset with a drive for continuous improvement and mentoring others.
