The University of Chicagos Department of Neurological Surgery is searching for full-time Clinical Associates for renewable terms of up to 2 years. This is an exciting opportunity to be a member of our growing neurosurgical program led by our Inaugural Chair of Neurological Surgery Dr. Mohamad Bydon. Appointees will provide clinical care in the inpatient and outpatient setting as a neurosurgeon including an active neurosurgical clinical practice at one of our offsite locations including but not limited to: Crown Point Ingalls and Advent Hinsdale. These roles do not require teaching or scholarly activity. Compensation (including a generous package of fringe benefits) is dependent upon qualifications.

Appointees will join a vibrant and distinguished community of colleagues and learners in UChicago Medicine the Biological Sciences Division the Pritzker School of Medicine the University of Chicago and its affiliates. The University also has a robust Neuroscience Institute which brings together more than 90 neuroscientists based in academic and clinical departments across the campus into a cohesive program.
Prior to the start of employment qualified applicants must: 1) have a medical doctorate or equivalent; 2) have or be eligible for permanent medical licensure in the State of Illinois and State of Indiana; and 3) be Board Certified/Board Eligible by The American Board of Neurological Surgery.
