Responsibilities:
- Work in the banquet roomsto providetable service and hospitality to our guests
- Take food and beverage orders andserve themaccurately with all details and accompaniments
- Professionally represent the hotel and property when interacting with guests from the community and industry organizations
- Ability to work shifts involvingset up cleanup andtear down procedures
- Learn and maintain proper Health Department standards and codes
- Learn and maintain proper food bar and wine menu knowledge
- Communicate customer needs and resolve complaints independently.
- Other duties as required
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- 1 year prior food and beverage service experience preferred
- Proper uniform is required and must maintain a neat clean and well-groomed appearance
- Attendance is essential to the successful performance of this position
- May be required to work varying schedules
- Ability to read and write basic English
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. intermittently during workday
