The Opportunity

Netwealth is seeking a strategic delivery-focused Product Manager to lead the roadmap and execution of a data integration platform that connects external systems to our core infrastructure. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract covering parental leave.

In this role youll shape the future of how data flows between financial advice tools and Netwealths platform enabling unified insights and seamless cross-team delivery. Youll work across engineering design and business stakeholders to define product direction lead discovery and deliver scalable solutions that improve adviser and user experiences.

This is a unique opportunity to drive product outcomes in a space that underpins platform connectivity and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Be an expert in your product its intended customer(s) and the problem space

• Execute the product strategy and set short- mid- and long-term product objectives

• Ensure OKRs are in place and used to guide and measure value delivery

• Lead product discovery through customer interviews competitive research and data analysis

• Define and prioritise problem spaces and opportunities within the data integration domain

• Collaborate with design and engineering to ideate test and deliver solutions

• Champion a product-led mindset and coach the team in product thinking

• Identify key product metrics to track and report on product health using data to guide future priorities

• Manage BAU and regulatory updates including fee structures and compliance changes

• Influence stakeholders and advocate for product decisions with confidence and clarity

About You

Youre a strategic thinker with a passion for solving complex problems and delivering meaningful outcomes. You thrive in cross-functional teams and are comfortable navigating in a fast-paced environment. Your skills include:

• Proven experience working in agile Scrum teams

• 58 years of experience in a product management role ideally with exposure to data-rich platforms and fin-tech industries - financial services is essential

• Strong understanding of product-led operating models

• Demonstrated product experience in analytical domains particularly data and data integration

• Demonstrated ability to conduct discovery define product visions and lead experimentation

• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills

• Confidence and conviction to advocate for your product direction
