We are seeking an Events Assistant to join our growing team in Phoenix. The ideal candidate will provide hands-on support in the planning coordination and execution of high-profile events and brand activations. Responsibilities
Assist in the organization and execution of corporate and promotional events.
Support the Events Manager with scheduling logistics vendor coordination and on-site operations.
Prepare and manage event documentation budgets and timelines.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure project alignment.
Conduct post-event evaluations and compile performance reports.
Maintain a professional and detail-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Event Management Marketing Communications or a related field preferred.
13 years of experience in event coordination or administrative support in a professional setting.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with close attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general event planning tools.
