The Role
Were looking for a Full-Cycle Technical Recruiter to own the hiring process from sourcing to close for high-caliber research and engineering talent. Youll partner directly with hiring managers engage deeply with niche candidate pools and play a critical role in scaling our technical teams.
What Youll Do
Own end-to-end recruitment for Research teams and other specialized technical roles.
Source world-class talent through LinkedIn Recruiter Gem Juicebox and other platformsplus academic channels publications and conferences.
Develop and execute data-driven sourcing strategies to target niche AI research talent.
Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements success profiles and evaluation criteria.
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines nurturing long-term relationships with passive talent.
Manage interviews candidate experience and offer negotiations to close top talent in a competitive market.
Track recruiting funnel metrics and provide data-driven insights to optimize hiring velocity and quality.
What Were Looking For
4 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience ideally in AI/ML research or deep tech.
Proven track record sourcing and closing research-focused candidates (e.g. AI scientists ML engineers).
Expert use of LinkedIn Recruiter Gem Juicebox and other sourcing tools.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure analyze and improve recruiting performance.
Comfortable with deep research into niche technical fields publications and academic networks.
