About SAP Signavio Process Analysis and Mining

SAP Signavio is looking for an experienced Product Manager forone of our teams within the Process Analysis and Mining: Engines Recommendations and Insights (ERI) the SAP Signavio Process Transformation Suite the process analysis and mining products provide the data-driven foundation to enable visibility and foster process Product Managerwill be a key member of ourprocess analysis and miningteamgoing forward.

About the Role

In this role you will collaborate with a Development Manager and Designer to lead an empowered product team that owns some of our most complex advanced analytical services mining algorithms and AI enabled capabilities within SAP Signavio Process Analysis and Mining. Youll be focused on the long- and short-term product vision of thisarea of the product managing the roadmap and the functional backlog. You will do this productively and efficiently and will be expected to work closely with customers and a range of internal stakeholders. Main responsibilities and deliverables:

• Understand and represent user needs
• Define and leadan outcome-basedroadmap
• Support realization of product vision and roadmap considering strategic customer technical and competitive aspects
• Support decisions about in-house developments purchases or strategic partnerships on product level
• Ensure succesfull product deliveryfrom ideation to adoption and iteration.
• Proactively lead continuous customer discovery and market research to uncover and validate high-value problems and translate these into a prioritized backlog that guides development.
• Define and track metrics for measuring success of Signavios products and the productivity of Signavios customers
• Foster close collaboration within the Empowered Product Team and with other teams
• Speak at events deliver internal enablement activities
• Interact with customers/partners through various communication channels tocontribute to theproduct strategy and ensure customer success
• Support marketing in building core content and website/promotional materials
• Be the go-to product expert for other internal teams executives sales marketing customers and partners

Capabilities & Experience:

• Masters degree or higher in a technical field like Economics or IT.
• PhD in process management or mining a plus.
• Demonstrated professional experience as a Product Manager preferably with a background in software development.
• Deep understanding of data analytics statistics and business process analytics frameworks.
• Profound knowledge of the SAP Signavio platform and the broader SAP product portfolio is essential.
• Solid understanding of enterprise IT market dynamics with a proven ability to analyze the competitive landscape and drive product and go-to-market strategy.
• Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end product management including developing business cases driving commercialization and managing high-stakes projects using agile methodologies.
• Mastery of stakeholder alignment negotiation and prioritization within a complex matrix organization.
• Proven ability to lead initiatives by influencing cross-functional global teams.
• Exceptional storytelling presentation and writing skills with experience creating compelling content (white papers case studies) and confidently engaging enterprise customers in both pre-sales and post-sales activities.
• Experience in leading teams and a passion for coaching junior colleagues to foster their professional growth.
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
