Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth were looking to add a Test Develop Engineer located in Jiading Shanghai.

What a typical day looks like:

• Define and Manage Test process for New Product Introduction Transfer Product Introduction and Mass Production. DFT PFMEA Gage R&R preparation in project.
• Introduce advanced manufacturing technology(Automatic robotPLC) concept into Test production within JID to achieve manufacturing excellence.
• Provide daily Test engineering support to production project. Provide technical support to EMS in needed.
• Provide technical support to RMA analysis.
• Drive lean project to improve production efficiency.
• Design test jigs test fixture tooling electronic circuits PCB Layout according to design rule

The experience were looking to add to our team:

• At least 5 years Power electrical related test experience.(test solution develop include hardware or software)
• Have strong experience about FCT test fixture related design
• Be skilled in the analog test like voltage current etc.
• Be able to use English as working language.
• Be able to bear high work pressure;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills and team-working
• DFT Gage R&R knowledge sixsgam
• Auotmatic layout experience(PLCCobot)
• Basic C programing competence

Here are a few of our preferred experiences:

• Power test background is preferred. VPD power and GPU power module test develop experience.
• Hardware develop and team work
• Software programming capability.
