As part of our continued growth and our commitment to fostering an exceptional collaborative work environment were thrilled to announce that our office will be relocating to a brand-new building at 2000 Innovation Drive Wexford PA 15090 at the end of the the meantime hybrid employees will continue working from our current location at RIDC OHara until the transition is complete.

SUMMARY
The ideal candidate will be detail oriented with a basic understanding of accounting principles. The candidate will have experience with high volume cash applications will be process oriented with the ability to do data entry with minimal occurrences of errors. Intermediate PC and financial systems knowledge and the ability to adapt to a continuously changing work environment are essential.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Follow cash application processes and procedures to accurately apply customer payments in a timely manner
Research and resolve discrepancies so cash can be posted

  • Work closely with other areas within Finance including Billing Collections & Deductions
  • Adhere to finance policies procedures and internal controls
    Support the annual year-end audit process
    Any other tasks or assigned projects as needed


QUALIFICATIONS (include education certifications/licenses experience language mathematical computer level of reasoning physical demands and preferences (a plus)):

Education and Experience Requirement
Minimum:
Associates Degree in Business or Financial Administration
And
Minimum 2 years accounts receivable experience
OR
Minimum 5 years accounts receivable experience

Preferred:
BS/BA Degree Bus Admin Accounting or Finance

Language and Technical Skills requirement
Transaction oriented with detailed understanding of process flows
Knowledge of JD Edwards 8.10 ERP and PNC Pinnacle (preferred)
Basic MS Excel knowledge
Open and communicative personality
Motivated and intellectually curious
