Job Summary

Schedule
- 1st shift: 6:30AM - 2PM
- Monday - Friday
- Plus overtime
Pay Rate
- $20 / hour
Job Summary
Were seeking a skilled Sewing Specialist to perform custom sewing tasks alterations and personalized garment adjustments. This role requires previous sewing experience and a strong attention to detail to meet customer-specific requests.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform custom sewing and alterations based on personalized garment requests
- Operate industrial or commercial sewing machines with speed and accuracy
- Follow specific instructions and patterns to modify hem or assemble fabric pieces
- Inspect garments for quality alignment and stitching precision
- Ensure all alterations meet company standards and customer expectations
- Maintain a clean and organized sewing station
- Work with different types of fabrics and sewing tools
- Collaborate with other team members or departments to fulfill orders on time
- Track completed work and report any defects or inconsistencies
- Adhere to all safety and quality procedures in the sewing area
Job Requirements:
- MUST be bilingual - English AND Spanish
- Previous sewing experience (industrial or alteration-focused) required
- Ability to follow custom instructions and meet personalized sewing specifications
- Familiarity with garment construction repair and finishing techniques
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
