Job Summary
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enhance Salesforce Marketing Cloud journeys to improve client engagement enhance lead nurturing implement lead scoring and segmentation to increase conversion rates and personalize client engagement based on their preferences behaviors and interactions with the brand
- Develop comprehensive marketing campaign strategies to drive brand awareness customer acquisition and engagement and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign strategies with overall business goals
- Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across channels and ensuring timely delivery within budget meet quality standards and actionable insights to inform leadership and optimize spend
- Regularly evaluate and refine campaigns journeys and workflows using key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI) analysis to incorporate best practices and drive continuous improvement
Perform other reasonable duties as required to assist the department and the company in achieving its goals and objectives.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree in marketing Business or related field.
- 8 years of experience in marketing with a focus on campaign management and strategy.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
- Excellent leadership communication and collaboration managing and mentoring a team of marketing professionals.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud required.
- Advanced experience in marketing automation platforms CRM systems and analytics tools
