How you will make an impact:

Meissner is looking for a self-motivated Accounts Payable Specialist to join our dynamic Accounts Payable Team!

• Review enter post AP invoices to appropriate GL account into accounting software
• Assist in weekly vendor payment schedules
• Assist in reviewing purchase requisitions
• Assist in month-end close and related duties
• Support Financial Audit requests

This is an on-site role based out of our headquarters in Camarillo CA.

The skills and experience youll need:

• AA or BA Degree in accounting finance or related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years working experience in a similar position
  • Accounts Payable Clerk Bookkeeping etc.
• Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Accuracy and attention to detail are critical
• Knowledge of ERP systems usage and related data flow Microsoft D365 a huge plus

US BASE PAY SCALE $22.50 - $29.00/hr

The base pay scale for this role is what Meissner reasonably expects to pay for the position although actual pay may vary from this scale depending on an applicants experience.
