We are hiring for FULL-TIME positions for individuals that thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Team Member Position Overview:

As a Team Member youll be the face of Firehouse Subs ensuring each guest receives top-notch service and delicious subs. Youll work closely with your team to maintain our high standards and uphold our mission of supporting public safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and serve guests with a friendly and positive attitude.

Accurately prepare and assemble food orders to company standards.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant including dining areas restrooms and kitchen.

Operate cash registers handle transactions and manage cash accurately.

Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed customer expectations.

Able to work on their feet and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Any other duties assigned by the Shift Leader/GM.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 16 years old.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Willingness to learn and follow operational procedures.

Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.

Prior experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required.

Compensation: $17.85 - $21.00 per hour
