Job Summary

Role: Project Quantity Surveyor

Client:Leading Residential Developer

Essentials: 7-10 years post-graduate experience with a PQS or contractor competency in Cubit CostX or similar prior residential experience in Ireland or the UK.

Location:Site based in West Dublin

Salary: 70000 - 80000

Our client a leading residential developer is seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor. Working closely with the Senior QS you will assist in managing subcontract packages processing payments preparing monthly valuations and reporting on budgets and variations.

Managing subcontract packages and overseeing payments to subcontractors suppliers and consultants along with normal QS duties
Undertaking monthly internal valuations and production of monthly cost reports
Reporting on budgets and variations.
Maintaining subcontractor and supplier contractual details.
