The Brand & Creative team is CoreWeaves internal creative engine driving how the world sees and feels our brand. We define articulate and scale how millions connect with CoreWeave as the essential AI cloud provider translating complex innovation into stories that inspire belief and action. As a multidisciplinary team of designers writers illustrators animators and producers we blend strategy creativity and craft to create ideas with impact.
About the Role:
CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Brand Designer to help shape and evolve the visual expression of our brand across every touchpoint. You will partner with art directors copywriters producers strategists and marketers to create bold compelling brand-forward design that captures our story and resonates globally. This role is equal parts craft and conceptyoull bring strategic ideas to life through exceptional design systems campaign assets and brand experiences. Were looking for a versatile designer who thrives in a fast-paced collaborative environment and who can balance creativity with executional rigor.
- Provide creative leadership and guide and direct to deliver the very best strategy and design.
- Oversee the strategy and creative direction of marketing creative
- Manage development of executions that strongly resonate with a range of audiences while maintaining consistency for the brand
- Work cross-functionally balancing the needs of stakeholders and breaking down complex narratives into simple compelling visual ideas
- Create and sustain a culture of excellence partnering with designers producers program managers and product marketing managers
- Inspiring enabling and energizing a world-class creative team
- Help lead and manage both in-house and external teams in creative strategy execution and production
- Evaluate design options providing constructive critique to develop and push to find big ideas based on design strategy and creative brief.
Who You Are:
- 7 years of experience in brand or marketing design at a creative agency or in-house brand team.
- Strong portfolio that demonstrates design craft storytelling and impact across a range of mediums (link required).
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite Figma and other design tools.
- Experience working across multiple channels: digital social experiential OOH and product.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and partners at multiple levels.
- Strong presentation and communication skills; able to clearly articulate design rationale.
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
- Passion for storytelling and pushing creative boundaries through design.
- Can influence at all levels.
- Is skilled at communicating effectively amidst ambiguous and/or high-pressure environments.
- Understands how to work effectively with XFN teams and lead with influence.

The base salary range for this role is $115000 to $168000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge skills experience and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining addition to base salary our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus equity awards and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

Our Workplace
While we prioritize a hybrid work environment remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
