Were looking for a Customer Adviser to join us on a full-time permanent basis working 37.25 hours per week. The role will be primarily based at our Whitehaven branch but you will be required to work in any of our other branches in the West Cumbria area depending on business need.

As a Customer Advisor you will be part of a team committed to helping customers achieve their savings goals by identifying products and services that we can offer them. Youll be dealing with customers across multiple channels so its important that youre an excellent communicator a team player and adaptable as youll also be required to work collaboratively with other business areas.
