The Distribution Clerk is responsible for accurately pulling customer sales orders from finished goods inventory in a timely manner ensuring all finished goods are stored in the proper inventory locations and monitoring/maintaining an accurate and up-to-date warehouse inventory. This role directly supports the efficiency and reliability of the supply chain by ensuring orders are fulfilled correctly and shipped on time.

This position reports to the Shipping & Logistics Manager and is part of the Supply Chain & Logistics Department located in El Dorado Hill CA and will be an on-site role.

In this role you will have the opportunity to:

• Accurately pull domestic international and subsidiary sales orders from finished goods inventory.
• Properly pack and ship customer orders to ensure safe and timely delivery.
• Store all finished goods in designated warehouse inventory locations.
• Maintain accurate real-time inventory records and report discrepancies.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures while performing daily duties.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 years of experience in warehouse logistics or distribution operations.
• Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency (inventory management or ERP systems experience preferred).

Travel Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

• No routine travel required.
• Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to stand walk sit climb stairs and use hands to handle warehouse materials.
• Work performed primarily indoors in a warehouse setting with variable noise levels (low to moderate; higher during peak operations).

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Working with ERP or inventory management systems (e.g. D365 SAP Oracle).
• Previous shipping/receiving experience in a regulated environment.

The salary range OR the hourly range for this role is $20.00 to $21.00. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
