Were looking for a talented and driven Paralegal to join our market-leading Commercial Real Estate team in Edinburgh. This is a great opportunity to be part of a collaborative high-performing team supporting complex and high-value transactions across Scotland.
Youll play a key role in delivering seamless support on a wide range of deals from acquisitions and disposals to development investment and commercial leasing. Youll manage your own caseload under supervision and get involved at every stage of the transaction lifecycle including client onboarding due diligence completion and post-completion.
Were looking for someone whos proactive detail-focused and confident working independently. Youll bring excellent communication skills a collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients. A natural problem-solver youll look for smarter ways to get things done and wont hesitate to take initiative. Previous experience working within a Real Estate Paralegal role is essential.
