Registered Home Manager Care & Nursing Home

Near Sleaford (NG34 area) Lincolnshire

per annum DOE 15% SMART bonus (paid quarterly)

On-target earnings circa 70000

Were partnering with a respected values-driven care provider in the Sleaford area to appoint a passionate and capable Registered Home Manager.

This service provides high-quality residential nursing and dementia care for around 4045 residents supported by a Clinical Lead and a largely supernumerary Deputy Manager giving you the structure to focus on what matters most: people quality and culture.

The Package

DOE 15% SMART objectives bonus (paid quarterly)

On-target earnings circa 70000

About You

  • Minimum 6 months experience as a Home Manager (residential/nursing) or 2 years as a supernumerary Deputy Manager.
  • NVQ Level 5 (minimum) in Health & Social Care Management Level 7 desirable.
  • Proven ability to deliver compliance and quality outcomes.
  • Confident leadership communication and time-management skills.
  • Full driving licence and within reasonable commuting distance of NG34.
