Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team that reflects Subarus core values.
- Manage day-to-day sales operations and achieve performance goals.
- Utilize CRM tools (e.g. VinSolutions) to drive engagement follow-up and retention.
- Implement equity mining strategies to increase sales opportunities.
- Support and deliver ongoing sales training and coaching.
- Collaborate with the General Manager on pricing merchandising and inventory.
- Foster a transparent ethical customer-first culture.
Required Qualifications:
- Automotive sales management experience (Subaru or import brand preferred).
- Strong knowledge of CRM platforms lead follow-up and digital retail tools.
- Hands-on approachable leader who leads from the front.
- Deep understanding of equity mining and customer lifecycle strategies.
- Proven ability to coach mentor and motivate sales professionals.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
