A 64-bed adult psychiatric facility Lasting Hope Recovery Center is a place of healing. All of the rooms are private. At Lasting Hope Recovery Center patients find comfort and a team of caring professionals working for them. Often mental illness and substance abuse occur at the same time. CHI Health Lasting Hope Recovery Center offers an entire range of treatment and prevention services to meet the needs of patients experiencing both challenges. Treatment is built on personal strengths and support systems that treat individuals experiencing these illnesses.
Job Summary and Responsibilities
- Has the authority to interview hire orient terminate promote train and conduct performance evaluations.
- Assigns day-to-day work activities; directs the functional and technical job performance of team members.
- Allocate and direct staffing needs to meet patient unit and department needs and collaborate with others toensure overall staffing needs are met.
- Responsible for the coordination and support of patient activity and safe practices in all clinical areas on thedesignated shift
Job Requirements
- Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Registered Nurse license (RN) required
- Basic Life Support required
