Were looking for a Senior Creative Media Producer to help drive an iconic game studios YouTube channel to new levels of reach and engagement.
This is not a traditional producer or project management role its a creative content gig for someone whos passionate about entertainment internet culture and storytelling. Youre not just guiding others youre generating the ideas shaping the content and bringing it to life.
What youll do:
Youll be responsible for the creative output of the studios YouTube channel delivering a steady stream of entertaining story-driven video content ranging from bi-weekly flagship content to quick-turnaround Shorts and reactive pieces.
Youll:
- Own the creative development from idea to final output: format structure script tone
- Develop original concepts brainstorm and pitch fun ideas for Shorts formats and sketches
- Collaborate with external creatives for production (filming editing animation)
- Work closely with internal teams across community marketing and product
- Stay on top of trends in gaming YouTube and internet culture to keep content fresh fun and engaging

- A creative problem-solver who knows how to get things done with limited resources
- Someone whos worked with YouTube as a platform not just video as a medium
- Comfortable switching gears between scripting directing and collaborating with others

What you bring:
- A track record of creating engaging story-driven video content for digital platforms
- Experience with YouTube-native content: Shorts series or sketch formats
- Strong scripting ideation and storytelling skills
- Experience working with a network of collaborators (directors editors animators etc.)
- Background from entertainment comedy TV (e.g. segment producer) content studios or branded content
- Gaming experience is not a must but a genuine interest is! Youre curious and excited to get hands-on with the games to understand tone themes and community
