As a Salesforce consulting generalist at PwC you will possess a broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Salesforce applications. You will provide consulting services to clients analysing their needs implementing software solutions and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Salesforce applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

We are seeking a seasoned Senior AgentForce/Data Cloud Developer to create tailored solutions on Salesforces AgentForce this role you will be responsible for building intelligent workflows elevate the agent experience and fine-tune case-management processes by harnessing AgentForce Data Cloud Apex AI and the broader Salesforce toolkit.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with AgentForce actions Apex development custom prompts and automation rule designskills that streamline complex workflows improve operational efficiency and scale reliably as the business grows.
Required Skills :
- Solution architecture & build
- Design and implement custom AgentForce capabilities leveraging Apex Salesforce Flows Data Cloud and AI services.
- Create intelligent routing and decision logic that considers case priority sentiment and agent skillsets.
- Data strategy & unification
- Identify the data points needed for each use-case assess data quality and engineer cleansing routines.
- Map source data to CDP objects and fields define object relationships and configure unification algorithms.
- Automation & extensibility
- Develop Apex triggers classes and batch jobs for advanced case routing task assignment and other bespoke processes.
- Customize AgentForce actionscase creation escalation assignmentto minimize manual effort.
- Integration & scalability
- Build secure APIs to enrich AgentForce with external data (customer DBs analytics platforms).
- Apply CI/CD best practices (Salesforce DX Git) to keep solutions maintainable version-controlled and deployment-ready.
- Familiarity with Git-based version control CI/CD pipelines and release management (Salesforce DX).
- Testing & quality
- Comfort designing test datasets and executing rigorous system tests.
- Design representative test data execute complex system tests and shepherd releases through QA to production.
- Continuous improvement
- Partner with analysts and stakeholders to refine workflows automations and integrations based on real-world feedback.
Additional Skills
- Hands-on expertise
- 3 years working with marketing or customer data in MarTech / analytics environments.
- 1 year implementing at least one major Customer Data Platform.
- 2 years of SQL and 2 years of cloud-based ETL / data-transformation experience.
- Proven skill with Apex Lightning Web Components and Salesforce Flows.
- Advanced AgentForce & AI
- Experience crafting dynamic AgentForce workflows and AI-driven decision models (Einstein Prediction Builder or similar).
- Data mastery
- Deep understanding of the Salesforce CDP data model object relationships and unification logic.
- Education & certifications
- Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience).
- Salesforce credentialsAdministrator Advanced Administrator Service Cloud Consultant Sales Cloud Consultantare a plus.
- Soft skills
- A problem-solvers attitude and enthusiasm for tackling complex technical challenges.
