Organisational Development Business Partner
As our OD Business Partner youll act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders working with the Head of HR to design and deliver initiatives that strengthen organisational capability in a highly specialist analytical and regulated environment.
Youll bring insight creativity and credibility to help us attract retain and grow the expertise we need to stay competitive in a rapidly evolving market.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development: Design and implement organisational development strategies that enhance performance employee engagement and inclusivity.
Talent Development: Develop and deliver programs that build capabilities and prepare employees for future roles.
DEI Integration: Execute the diversity equity and inclusion strategy in conjunction with key stakeholders.
Change Management: Lead and support change initiatives ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to organisational operations and culture.
Training and Facilitation: Design and facilitate training sessions in conjunction with business leaders creating more structured learning pathways for talent.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyse data to measure the effectiveness of OD and DEI programs providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
OD Projects: Lead ad hoc projects that to develop the organisations culture structure and/or processes in alignment with strategic goals.
Proven experience in OD HR Business Partnering or Change Management ideally within reinsurance insurance financial services or another regulated environment.
Strong understanding of organisational effectiveness and talent management in technical risk-driven businesses.
Experience working in complex global or matrix organisations.
Excellent facilitation consulting and stakeholder management skills with the confidence to engage senior leaders.
Ability to use data and insights to shape practical OD solutions and execute projects to deadlines.
Commercial awareness and appreciation of the reinsurance/insurance market context.
