Caregiver Med Passer (HHA, PCA, CNA, TMA)

Apple Valley Villa aCassia community is seeking dedicated Caregiver - Med Passers (CNA HHA PCA or TMA) to join our team in Apple Valley MN!AtApple Valley Villa youll be part of a supportive mission-driven team that takes pride in making a difference every day for residents and families alike.

As aCaregiver - Med Passerat Apple Valley Villayou will provide person-centered care to our residents supporting them with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as showering/bathing shampooing of hair and medication administration while promoting dignity independence and position is ideal for someone who truly wants to make a difference in the lives of others. You will be passing meds along with giving cares.

Caregiver Responsibilities:

• Provide routine nursing care and services to our residents
• Administer medications to residents as needed
• Communicate any resident concerns with licensed nursing staff
• Assist in resident emergencies
• Answer and transfer incoming phone calls as needed
• Perform additional tasks as required

• Med Passer experience preferred but not required
• HHA PCA or CNA experience required
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to read write comprehend and speak English fluently
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to work well with others
• A passion for fostering fullness of life for those we serve
• Selected candidates are required to pass background checks
• Must be 18 years or older
