The Facilities Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting JLLs facility management operations by ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional client service delivery. This position serves as a key liaison between clients vendors and internal teams while managing tactical facility operations that directly contribute to JLLs commitment to creating exceptional workplace experiences. The Facilities Coordinator will help maintain operational excellence while supporting the strategic goals of the facility management team in delivering world-class real estate services.
Assist Facility Management Team with tactical planning for the teams goals and objectives
Provide facility specific assistance to the project management team as needed or requested
Manage and maintain small facility management tasks as assigned
Provide support for meetings and conference room reservations as needed and directed
Assist with the coordination and scheduling of maintenance activities
Provide general overall facility management services including continuous monitoring of office/facility
Act as an interface with client visitors and guests
Ensure appropriate follow up with customers
Provide direction/information to vendors facilities staff and service providers as required to ensure excellent coordination/execution of work within client environment with minimal disruption
2 years experience with Facility or Property Administration
GED or High school diploma
Superior customer service skills and orientation
Must be proficient at Excel Spreadsheets and have capability of customizing administrative reports
Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints
Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision
Proficient in MS Office and possess strong written verbal and people skills
Strong organizational skills and collaborative style
Experience with facility management software systems
Knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures
Previous experience in commercial real estate environment
Certification in facility management or related field
Experience working with multiple stakeholders and vendors
Familiarity with health and safety regulations
Location: Denver CO
