EDUCATION
Degree or equivalent work experience equally preferable
CERTIFICATIONS
WORK EXPERIENCE
Familiarity with a business environment
FUNCTIONAL SKILLS
Willingness to learn HR policies and procedures Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Workday database management and record keeping

RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with general human resources support
Post and track new requisitions internally and externally
Compile resumes for requisition folder and maintain applicant tracking
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and agencies
Support background checks with third party vendor
Produce regular reporting and/or any promotion material for HR activities
