You will be working at Hirslanden Switzerland (subsidiary of Mediclinic Group) and will be part of a highly skilled and motivated global internal audit team.
You will assist the organization in achieving its goals by providing independent and objective assurance services.
YOUR TASKS
- Plan execute and report on ad-hoc internal audit projects the request of the Board of Directors or the Executive Management in liaison with the Group GM Internal Audit
- Provide input to the larger group internal audit on internal audit planning and internal audit projects
- Exchange coordinate and work together collaboratively with internal audit colleagues across the three Mediclinic divisions (South Africa Middle East and Switzerland) and with other internal Assurance functions such as Risk management and Compliance.
- Engage and interact with auditees or line management in performance of internal audit duties
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed business studies (university university of applied sciences)
- Ideally additional certification in internal audit or certified public accountant e.g. CIA CISA CPA
- Three to five years of relevant professional experience in Internal Audit Risk management Internal Control or Process management preferably in a Big 4 auditing company
- Experience in Healthcare industry is an added advantage
- A team player with strong interpersonal skills in dealing with specialists and managers as well as quick understanding of complex issues
- Integrity and display of professional behavior as well as objective and critical judgment
- Proficiency in German and English both written and spoken. Fluency in French would be an added advantage.
