We are currently seeking aConsumer & Small Business Credit Risk Analyst to join our team. This is a full time in office role located in Salt Lake City UT at Zions Bancorporation Headquarters.

Responsible for minimizing credit and operating losses and other risk exposures.
Responsible for performing complex credit risk analysis to maximize profits and asset growth.
Provides analytical support segmenting and monitoring credit concentration limits etc..
Makes strategic recommendations to senior management based on analytical insights.
May develop complex programming models to extract and manipulate databases to provide statistical and financial modeling.
Develop and maintain reports.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
Requires a Bachelors in statistics mathematics economics or related field
1 to 2 years statistical programming experience preferably in SAS and/or SQL
0-2 years with databases risk analysis statistical modeling and general lending or other directly related experience
0-2 years reporting experience preferably with a financial service institution
Ability to summarize data and statistical results to all levels of management a plus
A combination of education and experience may meet qualifications
Employs advanced knowledge as a generalist or specialist of risk assessment spreadsheets databases statistical software and pcs
Must have strong analytical ability customer service and communication both verbal and written
A team player with experience working in a team environment and strong ability to manage relationships with other departments and vendors
