Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. seeks a Systems Programmer Analyst in Jersey City NJ to develop KYC applications on IBM ODM stacks including ODM Business Rules ODM Insights ODM Decision and ODM Events. Serve as technical lead in architecture/design discussions by providing technical support in the development and continuous improvement of service. Perform governance strategy and authoring of rules develop business rule applications and define vocabulary with decision tables and other ODM constructs. Execute assigned user stories and design software solutions by using analytical skills and establishing methodology for capturing business rules and event processing requirements. Recommend and support application-level tuning to optimize performance of ODM Decision server by adapting to frequent releases overlapping development cycles and maintaining high productivity. Adhere to prescribed target processes standards and reviews for the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Remote work permitted 2 days per week.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a closely related computer field plus 5 years of progressive post baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation in the banking industry. 5 years of experience in KYC compliance IBM ODM Developer Rule Designer BOM/XOM creation execution algorithms ruleset generation and debugging JSON Java RDBMS SQL and Postman. The anticipated salary range for this role is $133734 - $157000 which is specific to Jersey City NJ and may differ in other locations due to cost of living and labor considerations.
