Preferred Qualifications:
We are looking to hire a highly driven Senior Business Analyst to assist the
NetSuite BU with transformation of its Quote to Cash processes. The main
tasks of this role include gathering requirements testing communicating to
management the progress on projects initiatives. This individual contributor is
also responsible for managing relationships with our stakeholders and act as a
liaison between stakeholders & developers on the engineering team
A top-performing Senior Business Analyst should be able to identify ways in
which to improve customer satisfaction while being a strong communicator
and have a natural analytical way of thinking.
Experience in the following areas is advantageous:
CRM and/or ERP implementation specifically Quote to Cash
transformation.
Solid understanding of SaaS buyer journey and customer lifecycle
Exposure to AI tools and technologies
Responsibilities:
Evaluating business processes as well as anticipating and capitalizing on
improvement opportunities.
Creatively use AI or rule-based automation to raise productivity contribute
to cost savings and top live revenue growth
Ensuring project team meets timelines and intended scope
Performing requirements gathering for projects enhancements and issues
Conducting meetings presentations and ongoing reviews of projects
updates.
Communicatingshared understanding of the problem the possible
solutions
Conducting basic testing of user stories ensuring they adhere to the
acceptance criteria and/or collaborate with the Quality Assurance team as
needed
Minimum Qualifications:
A minimum of 8 years experience in business analysis or a related field.
Experience of working on Quote to Cash process improvements and
transformation initiatives
Confidential Oracle Internal
Bonus points for experience implementing NetSuite ERP CRM or any other
IT solution.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Familiarity with Agile and workings of a product-oriented model
Effective communication and leadership skills.
Able to facilitate working meetings ask good questions listen to the
answers.
Strong organizational skills: task prioritization effective time
management meeting facilitation stakeholder analysis and risk
identification and mitigation.
Ability to proactively contribute to multiple projects simultaneously.
Passion for and ability to understand customer needs.
Ability work with globally distributed teams.
Bachelors degree in Business Finance IT or any related field.
Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Serve as liaison between the IT team and Opportunity to Order & Order to Cash
PODs (Product Oriented Delivery) with attention to detail to deliver quality
products.
Act as a team leader to other personnel while participating in the design and
implementation of NetSuite solutions that are aligned with our
business/corporate strategies and goals.
The Senior Business Analyst must have the ability to use professional concepts
and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective
ways. This role is responsible for developing new business strategies and
models communicating to management how these strategies will enhance the
business efficiency and reporting the performance of the team and the business
Responsibilities
As part of a software project implementation team provides technical expertise in identifying evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user needs. Configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit integration and acceptance testing; and creates specifications for systems to meet business specifications. Designs details of automated systems. May provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems. May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $79100 to $158200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
