About the Role
We are seeking aTelehealth Nurse Practitioner Managerto lead and support our team of 45 remote Family Nurse Practitioners (FNPs) providing virtual consultations across this full-time MondayFriday position youll ensure clinical excellence optimize workflow and collaborate closely with our genetic testing imaging and laboratory teams.
Youll play a key role in maintaining quality care delivery monitoring team performance and supporting the continued growth of HALOs precision diagnostics programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead mentor and manage a team of 45 remote Telehealth Nurse Practitioners.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with clinical protocols.
- Conduct performance reviews provide coaching and feedback and foster professional growth among team members.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with genetic counseling imaging and laboratory teams to ensure seamless patient care coordination.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as patient volume satisfaction and clinical quality metrics.
- Support workflow optimization documentation accuracy and adherence to telehealth best practices.
- Manage scheduling coverage and operational needs for the NP team.
- Stay current with evolving clinical guidelines and ensure team compliance with regulatory and licensing requirements.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- Active NP licensure in California (additional state licenses a plus).
- 3 years of NP experience in telehealth genetics oncology or preventive medicine preferred.
- 2 years of leadership management or team lead experience strongly preferred.
- Strong communication organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for early detection patient education and innovative healthcare models.
