Manages the direct day-to-day contact with our customers delivers sales and customer support and ensures order fulfillment to increase customer satisfaction and build long term profitable relationships
Your responsibilities
Directly manage the response follow-up and/or status updates in the ERP system for Regular Opex Opportunities including the reception of opportunities proposal preparation submission to the client and subsequent follow-up to obtain the Purchase Order.
Ensure the correct registration of the Purchase Order (PO) in the Epicor System creating the corresponding shared folder.
Ensure revenue generation and backlog date updates for each of the accounts under your responsibility.
Supervise the proper handling of Purchase Orders by the Procurement Team.
Manage the cataloging of required products.
Provide royalty amounts to the T&L team.
Participate when required in joint client visits together with the Territory Management and/or Site Account Manager teams.

- Advance Excel Skills
